Photos are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks after picture day. We’ll notify the school when they’re ready for distribution. Digital options are also available for faster delivery.

If your child was absent on picture day, we unfortunately do not offer rescheduling or makeup sessions. We recommend keeping an eye out for future photo opportunities at the school.

Yes! You can place additional orders anytime through our online gallery. Just use the access code provided with your initial order form.

If photos are lost after delivery, we can reprint them for a small fee. For added convenience, we recommend purchasing digital copies for easy storage and reprints.

Yes, you are allowed to view your photos before purchasing in your shopping cart. Please make sure that you crop the image correctly as you would like it to be printed.

Please note before paying for your shopping cart there will be a notification that states that you double-checked. We print exactly as you select the image in your shopping cart. Reprints will be an additional cost

All images online have minor editing and removal of scars, pimples, etc. as standard practice. Our policy is that if a mark is visible on a learner’s face a week from the shooting date, we will not remove that however we know accidents happen and small blemishes will be removed. If you need additional editing please email us for a quotation.

Prep and highschool learners must wear full school uniforms with school blasers please make sure that they do not wear T-shirts or noticeable clothing, clothing underneath white shirts as it will be seen on the images and cannot be corrected.

Kindergarten learners will usually be provided with a style guide

Once your order is processed, we’ll send a secure download link and password to your email. 

If you’re not satisfied with the photos, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

Yes! If you’d like sibling photos, let your school know in advance, or contact us directly to arrange a time during picture day.

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), ensuring that all personal data and images are securely stored and protected. Photos are only accessible through secure, password-protected links provided to parents. We do not share, sell, or use your child’s images for any purpose without your explicit consent.
